EXCLUSIVE: Jolie-Pitt Baby Shower Photos

I recently got a strange email claiming to have a memory stick with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie photos:

I am contacting you because I have recently acquired some digital photos (450 pictures). On this memory stick are personal photos of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and their children. These photos are in thier home and on vacation, are good quality and are close up. These pictures have not been seen by anyone else. I am contacting you and several other Papers, magazines and websites to see what these photos may be worth. I am attaching 3 photos so you can verify the authenticity of them.

The EXIF information on the photos says they were taken in late May, 2006 by a Sony DSC-N1. I have no way of authenticating the photos, except to say that they do not appear to be taken by paparrazi. Perhaps one of you, our readers, could tell me if these pictures really are of Shiloh Nouveau Jolie-Pitt’s babyshower. Anyway, here are scaled down versions of what I was sent.

Update: The photos have been removed.  According to an email circulating from their lawyers, the photos were stolen from their home.  Our sympathies go out to the Jolie-Pitt family.

    It’s official: Jolie/Pitt pictures were stolen
    Lawyers for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have sent an email to various media outlets, including TMZ, informing them that “a digital memory card containing a number of personal copyright protected photographs” of Brad, Angelina and their children have been stolen and offered for sale.

    The photos, taken in Namibia, “include images from a private baby shower.”

    The email, written by a lawyer for the powerhouse law firm of Lavely & Singer, threatens that anyone who publishes the photos “will be liable for substantial compensatory damages, punitive damages, and injunctive relief.”

    Whoever has stolen the digital photo stick should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. To turn around and try to profit from it is unacceptable. What kind of people do this and think it’s ok? Look, I’m a huge fan of Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie, I admire what they stand for and all that they try to do to help the underprivilaged of the world, however, NEVER would I stoop to a level of theft to “catch a peek” at their intimate details of life. It must be difficult enough trying to provide some sense of normalicy for their children, but to have to watch some jerk think it’s cute, funny or profitable to do this is, well, sickening. Shame on him/her and anyone that purchases this photo stick. Good GOD!

    If someone stole pictures from their home, that is wrong ethically, socially, etc.
    However, I would love to see the pics.

    don’t you guys have a life of your own ? i think it’s sad when there is so much to talk about, the world is full of tragedy but somehow people spend time and energy on hollywood stars.
    you all suck and you should find yourself some hobbies. leave them alone.
