“Sexy Back” by Justin Timberlake
This is hot. The man who brought us Justified has just released a new single Sexy Back for his upcoming album, FutureSex/LoveSounds. If you head over to Justin Timberlake’s Myspace you can hear the new dance track. Unfortunately, there’s no way to download the single.
The album release date has been set as September 12, 2006. It was produced by Timberlake himself, JAWBreakers, Timbaland, and Rick Rubin. Since Justified, Justin Timberlake’s first solo album, sold more than 7,000,000 copies, we wonder if his second solo effort be able to sell as well. I guess we’ll have to wait.

I’m from Holland and he performed in Paradiso, amsterdam last night as a try out for the new album. He played a couple of new songs and they were just AMAZING! Some really cool up-beat songs (they have the same vibe as ’sexy back’) and there’s one ballad (forgot the name of the song) but its so beautiful! Justin just rocks on stage! Paradiso is a really tiny space (less then 1000 people) so it was really intimate and special to see him from so close! I love the new tracks, watch out for the new album, it’s gonna be amazing!

I think that fewer people would be saying that it sucks if they didn’t know it was by Timberlake. Perhaps a good move for him would have been to instruct stations to play it w/o mentioning his name at first. Most people don’t pay that much attention to the fine details of songs, so they wouldn’t really be able tell it’s him unless they already knew.
It’s got a good beat that sticks in your mind and grows on you. It’s definitely better than so much that’s out there. If nothing more, at least you can dance to it.

It doesn’t matter at all who wrote it, this song still sucks. I can’t even see it being used in a Music night club. Not to mention, it’s so hard to understand that at the part where he says, go ahead be gone with it. I thought, until I looked it up that is, that he was saying, go hippie, go with it.
If anything, the verses are the only good part. And there is one major flaw that has to be fixed, the chorus is longer than the verses. This is unheard of, until now.

When I heard This song I thought “Wut a fuck?, It is not creative It’s too repetitive, It’s too Boring”, In My opinion Justin Made a BiG mistake with this new single SexyBack because nobody can be other than they are, and that is exactly that thing that Justing is trying to do, I mean you know He’s traying to be other tahn he is. Therefore In this new song He’s not himself, He’s refusing his essential beat, he’s essential soul. I believe that LIKE A LOVE YOU was his own line, was him deeply truly emote, But SexyBack is not Him, His voice is not appropiate for this kind of ‘macho duro’ song. In conclusion I was terrible disappointed with this new single, however I will expect the rest of the album. And I will deeply wait for the authentic Justin Timberlake.
