The star of the upcoming Street Fighter movie has cut her hair short!

For three years I have been wanting to cut my hair. It’s been long for about 15 bloody years. If I had not been working on a television series I would have cut it a while ago. I suppose this is kind of an expression of freedom, haha. Us gals tend to have so much tied up in hair. There is like this emotional attachment to it, and it is apparently a REALLY big deal to cut it all off…in one go. I had a plethora or offers to come with, to document, and I just went in there on my own and Sarah (she is the key hairstylist on Smallville, and is freakin rad) tied it in a ponytail and sawed the sucker off…

If you head over to IMDB’s Top 250 Films of All Time you’ll notice that the recent Batman adaptation, The Dark Knight has topped the list with a 9.5 rating and 46,915 votes. I guess we just can’t trust IMDB anymore:

Note that MetaCritic gives a mere 82 for The Dark Knight, suggesting a good film, but not an instant classic. Yes, I’ll agree that now-dead Heath Ledger’s performance as the joker–his final performance–is stunning, it doesn’t make up for the marginalization of the character of Batman and Keannu Reaves-esque emotional range displayed by the caped Crusader. It also doesn’t make up for the terrible ending and the underdeveloped Harvey Dent plot.

So-called comedian Andy Dick finally got arrested for sexual battery and drug possession. Here’s Andy Dick’s mugshot, and the scoop from the AP:

Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at about 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of “an intoxicated male” urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance, according to a police statement. When they arrived, a 17-year-old girl told police that she was outside when Dick left the bar, walked up, “grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts,” the statement said. Dick was identified by the teenager and a witness, police said. Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found his pants pockets during a search and he appeared “extremely intoxicated,” police said.
