Beyonce wants you to sing for her
Apparently Beyonce is really missing her old Destiny’s Child pals, because she seems to be setting up auditions for an all-female band to join her on her tour to promote her second solo album, “B’Day”. The new album will be released internationally on Beyonce’s 25th birthday, September 5th.
Not only that, she may want these band members as early as June 20, when she hits the road on tour. Aspiring band members can audition across the country on Monday, in Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, Burbank, Calif., and Weehawken, N.J.. They’ll be expected to play Knowles’s “Work It Out” from the Beyonce: Live at Wembley DVD.
Wouldn’t it be easier to get Destiny’s Child back together again? Better than scraping together a few inexperienced singers just in the nick of time.

Beyonce’s looking for a “band”, the operative word here being “band”; not “singers”. So I don’t think she’s missing her girls at all, just branching out and expanding her resume which is a smart business move.

There is a big difference between a band and singers. Beyonce was looking for musicians to perform her music, not back up singers.

I know you are holding auditions but I missed the L.A. auditions since I am located in San Francisco. I am saving my money to audition in Chicago….but wanted to know is there anything in particular you are looking for as far as look, dance choreography etc? Here is a true story i wrote!!!
This Is How It Ends!
It all started when it was a beautiful morning, during the summer. It was a week day and I was wondering why my mom was home. It was a week day, she was suppose to be at work. I hadn’t yet figure out why she wasn’t at work. She wasn’t sick and it wasn’t a holiday to have off. Usually when my mom stays home something bad had happened.
After a little while the phone started to ring constantly. I asked who it was and my mom wouldn’t tell me. Now I was getting really suspicious. At that point I knew something was wrong.
So, I just went to the back room and played “Play Station”. After a little while my mom asked my sister and I to sit down. She told us that she needed to tell us something. Then I knew it, just in the look of her eyes I could tell something has happened. She said, “Girls your Aunt Jackie has passed away this morning”. My heart started to beat really fast.
I tried so hard not to cry. I went up to my mom and hugged her. Then I began to cry. I asked, “Why did this have to happen”? I clenched onto my mom’s shirt. She said, “Sometimes there’s a day in life were we are all going to die”. I knew it was too late to save her. My mom told us that she had died from a heart attack.
My cousins are so heartbroken. One of my cousins, Caleb, he smokes a lot now. My other cousin, Lincoln, he drinks too much. My Uncle Larry, he hasn’t acted the same since she has died. I guess that is a way guys show there feelings when they are upset.
A few days passed. It was my Aunt Jackie’s funeral. We all got ready to look nice and be able to comfort each other, for the lost of our beloved one. When we got to the funeral home we stayed outside for a little to pull ourselves together. We went in and took our seats. We al got a chance to go up and say our prayers.
An hour or 2 has passed then it was time to go to the graveyard and bury her. It was hard when he gave me the rose to put on her coffin. When it was time to put the rose on the coffin, I started to cry. It was so hard to let go of someone or something you love. We all gathered and we hugged each other.
A little while we went back to my Uncle Larry’s house. We had a nice family get together with food, snacks, and drinks. It was all good food, but I was hard to eat when I was upset. They live on a farm and they have a little pond. So I went down to the pond. All I could do was cry. That is exactly what I did, I cried. My mom came down and she sat on the bench with me. She brought down food for me too eat. I felt better when my mom came down. We started to cry together. We went up and sat down with everyone else.
About 2 or 3 hours passed. It was time to go home. We said goodbye and gave everyone a hug and a kiss. We got into our car and drove off. We were in the car and I was in the back crying. We all were sad but I was the only one that was crying constantly.
It was hard knowing the fact that my Aunt had died. She was a young, beautiful, healthy, and very caring person. We all were sad but we knew she was in a better place now. I pray that we all stay healthy and don’t die young. Here is a story I hope you all will understand about how I felt in this situation.
Hearing this story and telling this story gets me crying!!!
