R&B singer Ne Yo, also known as Shaffer Smith, was arrested for reckless driving and not having a valid license on February 19 while driving through Cobb County, Georgia. He was driving in excess of 100 mph in his 2006 Range Rover.
From the red, irritated color of his eyes, it looks like Ne yo might have a bit to drink too!
Katie Holmes Signed $3,000,000 Prenup!!
According to US Magazine, the marriage between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is an elaborate sham setup by Scientologists. This comes from Andrew Morton’s new book, Tom Cruise: An Unauthorized Biography, which comes out tomorrow, full of juicy secrets.
What kind of juicy secrets? Well first, confirmation about Katie Holme’s wedding to Cruise being controlled by Scientology: “Morton claims Cruise had Holmes sign a document before they started dating that allowed ‘Scientologists full control over her life’.” This is probably not a secret they would kill to keep safe, as it simply involves that Holmes “must never use psychiatric care or psychiatric drugs.”
Additionally, Morton’s book validates the claim that Katie Holmes is under a $3,000,000 a year salary via prenup for her marriage with Cruise. Of course, the Church of Scientology claims that “Ms. Holmes never signed any agreement.”
Paris Hilton Loves Kevin Federline
On December 30th, 2007 at new year’s party at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas, Kevin Federline allegedly was solicited by Paris Hilton–and turned her down! “Paris whispered some pretty sweet and enticing words in Kevin’s ear. She basically asked him where he was staying and if he wanted to visit her in her own suite,” according to PageSix. Kevin later said, “It will not be so easy to deny her next time.”
It’s cute, but we’re not sure that there needs to be another addition to the Federline line, as he already has four children. We’re hoping this new year’s hookup never happened, but if it did, we know what their mutual new year’s resolutions are going to be!

After being arrested by the Glendale Police Department in December for a 48-day jail sentence, they naturally took his photo. Kiefer Sutherland, the 40 year old actor of hit TV show “24″ pled no contest to DUI. This is second DUI bust; I guess fighting terrorists makes you an alcoholic.
It’s too bad that 24 is on hold for season 7 because of the writer’s strike. Season 6 was awful and they need to get it right in the future!
Duane “Dog” Chapman’s Racial Slurs
Duane Chapman’s show Dog: The Bounty Hunter has been canceled by A&E after his son sent the media a privately recorded conversation, a snippet of which has been reproduced as:
Chapman: Don’t care if she’s a Mexican, a whore, whatever. It’s not ’cause she’s black. It’s because we use the word “n_____” sometimes here. I’m not going to take a chance ever in life by losing everything I’ve worked for for 30 years for some f____ n_____ heard us say “n_____” and turned us in to the Enquirer magazine — our career is over. I’m not taking that chance at all, never in life, never. Never. … If Lyssa was dating a n_____, we would all say f___ you. And you know that. If Lyssa brought a black guy home … It’s not that they’re black. It’s none of that. It’s that we use the word “n____.” We don’t mean “you f___ scum n_____ without a soul.” We don’t mean that s___, but America would think we’re meaning that. And we’re not taking a chance and losing everything we’ve got over a racial slur. It’s quite hard to tell what Duane Dog Chapman really does mean, as it appears to be some kind of retroactive apology for calling his son’s girlfriend a “ni**er” based around the idea that when he says it, he doesn’t really mean it. A commenter on ONTD asks a question that’s worth following up:
Why are people inspired by this guy? He’s a convicted felon many times over and was even in jail for murder at one point.
Chapman issued a press statement reaffirming his support for the black community:
“I did not mean to add yet another slap in the face to an entire race of people who have brought so many gifts to this world,” he said. “I am ashamed of myself and I pledge to do whatever I can to repair this damage I have caused.”
First Mel Gibson and now this? America has a long way to go.
