So-called comedian Andy Dick finally got arrested for sexual battery and drug possession. Here’s Andy Dick’s mugshot, and the scoop from the AP:

Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at about 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of “an intoxicated male” urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance, according to a police statement. When they arrived, a 17-year-old girl told police that she was outside when Dick left the bar, walked up, “grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts,” the statement said. Dick was identified by the teenager and a witness, police said. Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found his pants pockets during a search and he appeared “extremely intoxicated,” police said.

Now the news is that Cynthia Rodriguez has filed for divorce this morning in Miami [src], citing irreconcilable infidelity:

The wife of New York Yankees baseball star Alex Rodriguez filed for divorce Monday morning in Florida’s Miami-Dade County Family Court. Lawyers representing Cynthia Rodriguez say she has officially filed for divorce from Yankees slugger A-Rod. The divorce filing said the marriage is “irretrievably broken because of the husband’s extra-marital affairs and other marital misconduct. Alex has emotionally abandoned his wife and children and has left her with no choice but to divorce him.”

C-Rod believes that Madonna lured A-Rod with kabbalah and promises of “soulmates.” Meanwhile, Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s marriage is rumoured to be on the rocks… what a mess…

It’s not a good sign when sites like Sarah Jessica Parker Looks Like A Horse start to appear near the premier of your TV to Movie HBO series, but yet they are useful harbingers of things to come. The first warning sign, it was soon followed by a piece from the New York Time, The Girls Are Back in Town, which calls the movie a “terrible tumble:”

The show is just too old to go on

“Sex and the City” delivered the television goods for six seasons, no small thing in the pop culture annals. That should have been enough or at least plenty for all concerned, but Ms. Parker apparently felt compelled to go big screen, making good on a project that had started to come together in 2004, only to fall apart over money issues and Ms. Cattrall’s reluctance to climb aboard. I wish Ms. Parker had let that bee in her bonnet go silent, because the movie that she and Mr. King have come up with is the pits, a vulgar, shrill, deeply shallow — and, at 2 hours and 22 turgid minutes, overlong — addendum to a show that had, over the years, evolved and expanded in surprising ways.

Starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, and Kim Cattrall, the movie adaptation Sex and the City is rated R for strong sexual content, graphic nudity and language. On Metacritic, it has achived a low 54% from critics, and 46% from fans. My recommendation? Find a classic romance.

While critics are complaining that the advertisement is plagued by homosexual undertones, I think Lil’ Wayne has got the right idea here. HIV is a big problem in the black American and homosexual communities, and anything he can do to spread awareness is right. XXLMag talks about it a little more:
