So-called comedian Andy Dick finally got arrested for sexual battery and drug possession. Here’s Andy Dick’s mugshot, and the scoop from the AP:

Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at about 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of “an intoxicated male” urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance, according to a police statement. When they arrived, a 17-year-old girl told police that she was outside when Dick left the bar, walked up, “grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts,” the statement said. Dick was identified by the teenager and a witness, police said. Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found his pants pockets during a search and he appeared “extremely intoxicated,” police said.

The stunning news emerged a day after revelations that Alex Rodriguez has been paying late-night visits to Madonna’s Upper West Side apartment. The game of musical celebrity beds has effectively ended the randy Rodriguez’s already-shaky marriage, even though divorce papers have not been filed, sources said. Cynthia Rodriguez, 34, has been in Paris for at least the past four days visiting Grammy-winner Kravitz. C-Rod was seen outside the 44-year-old Kravitz’s pad in the romantic City of Light as recently as Tuesday night.

Now the news is that Cynthia Rodriguez has filed for divorce this morning in Miami [src], citing irreconcilable infidelity:

The wife of New York Yankees baseball star Alex Rodriguez filed for divorce Monday morning in Florida’s Miami-Dade County Family Court. Lawyers representing Cynthia Rodriguez say she has officially filed for divorce from Yankees slugger A-Rod. The divorce filing said the marriage is “irretrievably broken because of the husband’s extra-marital affairs and other marital misconduct. Alex has emotionally abandoned his wife and children and has left her with no choice but to divorce him.”

C-Rod believes that Madonna lured A-Rod with kabbalah and promises of “soulmates.” Meanwhile, Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s marriage is rumoured to be on the rocks… what a mess…
