Perez Hilton Sued!
Perez Hilton is the defendant in a 7-party class action lawsuit. Splash News, INF, Ramey, Bauer Griffin, WENN, Most Wanted and Flynet want Perez to stop using their original photographs on his blog Perez Hilton dot COM. Gary Morgan of Splash News is quoted on Splash News Online as saying:
Perez claims he is making a fortune off exploiting pictures taken by photographers. He blatantly violates copyright and makes advertising revenue off other people’s works. It is time he is held accountable for his actions. We have amassed a ton of evidence from all of these agencies detailing his infringements.
X17 is also suing Perez Hilton, to the tune of $7.5 million. It seems that the Queen of All Media’s style has turned against him; making $120,000 a month on advertisements certainly makes him an easy target. Currently, Perez Hilton’s celebrity blog cannot be reached:

Other blogs respond with delight, defense, and suggestions for other celeb bloggers.

Please see the postings by various on http://www.leandrotoro.com. We love the paparazzi, but for the (obvious) many reasons stated, It is our opinion that Perez Hilton will win, plus the lawsuit will lead to regulation of the paparazzi. Once they have filed a lawsuit, the paparazzi have placed themselves under the power of the court. Now the court has the means to bring about the paparazzi reforms celebrities have been requesting.
How can I make $120 thousand per month like Perez does???

[...] If you can get over his smug face, flamboyantly defiant sexuality, and gaudy blog design, you still might hate the fact that Perez Hilton is incredibly popular from stealing all kinds of celebrity photographs. Unfortunately, in the gossip world Perez is king; if you watch celebrities, you read Perez. [...]
Thank all of you idiots for making a stupid, ugly fairy like me even noticed let alone bring in an income from it too.
