It seems the only thing I can’t find is the video of him getting killed.

First and foremost, my condolences to the Irwin family for their loss. I enjoyed watching all documentaries made my Steve, he will be missed but never forgotten. On the topic of the video of his death, I think it’s much more than that, it’s video of his life– what he loved to do and I believe we can learn from it and the proceeds could be used for what Steve stood for, saving wild life.

I don’t think showing tape of a man during his last minutes of life,is necessary,nor should it be the way we remember him.What is important is how many lives that Steve changed,and how much gratitude and satisfaction was recieved from his daring,yet heroic acts of conservation.Terri,Lindy,Bob,and other family members I can only imagine how many people have thanked Steve or gave condolences after his passing,but I’m sure one more won”t hurt. I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards your family for all the years you have invited us into your home,workplace,hospital room,your lives period.You all have left a permanant mark in the hearts of millions.It’s just so unfortunate that we’ve lost such a friend,a teacher,a role model,a true mate!!! Terri I know it must be unbearably hard to cope right now,but please know,that the friendship,and bond that you and Steve obviously shared was,is,and will always be strong enough to over come any obstacle life sets before you.Your family will be in my heart ,my prayers,and my family’s home for many years to come.Thanks again for sharing with us such an insipirational journey.

I do think they should show the video, because years before Steve’s death, he had once said, “If i am going to die, I at least want it filmed for others to see.” I am just saying. That is what he said, wouldn’t he want that?

Do not show this terrible tragedy on t.v. I saw a 10 second video of a man getting killed thats how long it took me to get it of my computor. What little i saw is forever inbedded in my mind. you can watch war movies all day, but the real thing is ugly beyond words.
